150 patients implanted with EASEE® across Europe.
This achievement marks a significant step forward in our mission to improve the lives of people living with drug-resistant focal epilepsy.
EASEE®, which received its CE mark in September 2022, is now actively implanted by leading epileptologists and neurosurgeons in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, the UK, and Portugal. The low-invasive device is designed to reduce seizure frequency and enhance quality of life for patients when medication alone isn’t enough.
Among the 150 patients are Ibrahim and Tim, two individuals who have publicly shared their journeys with EASEE. Ibrahim has been seizure-free for over three years, while Tim, who received EASEE in July 2024, has experienced a significant reduction in seizure frequency. Both describe the therapy as life-changing, giving them new energy, confidence, and a renewed sense of freedom.
The data behind the success
Just a few months prior to this milestone, we published our 24-month clinical data, further validating the safety and efficacy of EASEE. The peer-reviewed study, published in Epilepsia, highlights sustained seizure reduction and improved patient outcomes over time.
