Position description:

Precisis is looking for a dynamic individual to take over strategic product management:

  • business planning
  • product strategy
  • public relations
  • pre-marketing and marketing activities
  • set up and maintenance of a CRM system

Take over technical product management:

  • Visits tocustomers
  • Collection of market feedback and translation into requirement definitions
  • Performance of product trainings
  • Initially take over customer service functions and form interface to supply chain management

Experience / capabilities:

  • Academic degree in an according field
  • At least 3yrs of experience in similar position in medical device industry
  • Experience with ERP and/or CRM systems
  • Creative and open personality

The EASEE® device is positioned out of sight on the cranial bone beneath the scalp and over the sensitive brain tissue. It marks a paradigm shift in brain stimulation.

Precisis looks for a highly capable medical director to manage our medical team and to supervise the healthcare services that they provide. In this role, your duties will include serving as a clinical advisor, overseeing clinical trials, and maintaining high standards of in- and outpatient care. To ensure success you should exhibit extensive clinical knowledge in neurological diseases and demonstrable experience in a similar managerial role in the industry, preferably in the neurostimulation field.

Responsibilities:

  • Contributing clinical expertise to patient care and providing guidance to junior physicians
  • Performing administrative duties and risk management
  • Verifying complex diagnoses and facilitating treatment plans
  • Hiring, supervising, and mentoring healthcare professionals and collaborating with consultants
  • Managing allocated budgets and identifying areas of improvement in inpatient care
  • Keeping informed on advancements in the field and contributing to neurostimulation research programs
  • Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards
  • Reporting to senior management, as well as liaising between administrative and medical staff
  • Ensuring consistent and accurate medical recordkeeping practices

Experiences:

  • 6+ years' clinical or industrial experience in neurology
  • Advanced knowledge of medical research methodology and ethics
  • Advanced ability to ensure highest standards in patient care and compliance with healthcare regulations
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
