Buchhalter / Finanzbuchhalter (m/w/d)Teilzeit oder Vollzeit
Wir suchen Sie als Buchhalter (m/w/d) zunächst für die vorbereitende Buchhaltung in DATEV Unternehmen online. Ab 2024 wird die Buchhaltung im Finanzmodul unseres ERP-Systems (QAD Adaptive ERP) abgebildet und durch Sie betreut werden, um näher an den Unternehmenszahlen zu sein. Unser Steuerberater wird weiterhin die Lohnbuchhaltung und die Erstellung des Jahresabschlusses betreuen. Die Stelle kann sowohl als Teilzeit als auch Vollzeitstelle ausgestaltet und die Aufgaben entsprechend angepasst werden.

Aufgaben

  • Vorbereitende Buchhaltung mit Rechnungserfassung, -prüfung, Kostenstellenzuordnung, Vorkontierung und Beantwortung von Rückfragen des Steuerberaters
  • Zuarbeit bei der Erstellung von Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen
  • Unterstützung des Bestellwesens durch Anlage von Bestellungen im ERP-System
  • Stammdatenpflege im ERP-System
  • Bei Umsetzung der Buchhaltung im ERP-Finanzmodul:
  • Bearbeitung und Buchung der Debitoren-, Kreditoren-, Sachkonten- und Anlagenbuchhaltung:
  • Abwicklung des Zahlungsverkehrs in Abstimmung mit den Vorgesetzten
  • Aufbereitung der Informationen für das Mahnwesen
  • Zuarbeit zu Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen
  • Vorbereitung der monatlichen Umsatzsteuervoranmeldung, ZM und weiterer Meldungen (z.B. Z4, …)

Anforderungen

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise Zusatzqualifikation zum/zur Finanz- oder Bilanzbuchhalter/in, oder ein Bachelorabschluss in Wirtschaftswissenschaften
  • Erste relevante Berufserfahrung und gute Kenntnisse der GoBD
  • Kooperations- und Teamfähigkeit, sowie Bereitschaft zu selbstständigem und eigenverantwortlichem, strukturiertem Arbeiten
  • Gute Kenntnisse der gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen; insbesondere sicherer Umgang mit Outlook und Excel
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit DATEV Unternehmen online und ERP-Systemen wünschenswert
  • Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Bereitschaft zur Übernahme weiterer Aufgaben, u.a. abhängig ob Teil- oder Vollzeit

Your mission

Your profile

  • Master's degree. Experience/degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is a plus.
  • A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in strategic planning, project management, or executive support roles.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to diverse audiences.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong organizational and time management skills.
  • High level of discretion, professionalism, and integrity.
  • Business fluent in English and German.

Business Development AssociateInternship

For this internship we are looking for an energetic business development associate to help us drive our business growth and the next fundraising activities. The ideal candidate is a curious and creative problem solver at heart who likes to work and learn in a highly motivated scale-up team environment. The tasks will include market research, develop business strategies and prepare pitches. You will work with various departments and report directly to the CEO.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the database using your organizational skills to support the fundraising process and clean up the data
  • Provide administrative support for the CEO and the Management team
  • Assist with updating the business plans, sales pitches, presentations, and other documents as required
  • Assess the competitive landscape, analyze key market trends and developments
  • Work closely with staff across departments from Research & Development to Sales & Marketing to help implement growth strategies

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience
  • Very good written and verbal communication skills in German and English
  • Analytical thinking and well-organized work stile
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
