Strategic Project Manager / Assistant to the Board (m/f/d)Fulltime
To support our CEO and board within this extremely exciting and inspiring phase, we are looking for you as our new Strategic Project Manager / Assistant to the board

Your mission

  • Work closely with CEO and CTO to develop and implement strategic initiatives aimed at driving company growth and enhancing our competitive position in the market.
  • Conduct in-depth research and analysis of market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute business strategies and ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Organize and coordinate high-level meetings, events, and conferences, ensuring seamless communication and logistics for all participants.
  • Manage sensitive information with the utmost discretion, ensuring the confidentiality of the CEO's communications and strategic plans.
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects, as required, to support the CEO and the overall strategic direction of the company.
  • Leading highly skilled interns.

Your profile

  • Master's degree. Experience/degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is a plus.
  • A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in strategic planning, project management, or executive support roles.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to diverse audiences.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong organizational and time management skills.
  • High level of discretion, professionalism, and integrity.
  • Business fluent in English and German.

Business Development AssociateInternship

For this internship we are looking for an energetic business development associate to help us drive our business growth and the next fundraising activities. The ideal candidate is a curious and creative problem solver at heart who likes to work and learn in a highly motivated scale-up team environment. The tasks will include market research, develop business strategies and prepare pitches. You will work with various departments and report directly to the CEO.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the database using your organizational skills to support the fundraising process and clean up the data
  • Provide administrative support for the CEO and the Management team
  • Assist with updating the business plans, sales pitches, presentations, and other documents as required
  • Assess the competitive landscape, analyze key market trends and developments
  • Work closely with staff across departments from Research & Development to Sales & Marketing to help implement growth strategies

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience
  • Very good written and verbal communication skills in German and English
  • Analytical thinking and well-organized work stile
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
